	Vistas for Children, Inc. Our 100% volunteer group is dedicated to serving the needs of children in the South Bay and Southern California commun-ities. Check out our Slide Show featuring some of the events we sponsor to help these children. Since our inception in 1978, the hallmark of Vistas has been our unconditional commitment to children. This includes, but is not limited to, children who are multi-disabled, abused, homeless, terminally ill, suffer from pediatric illnesses, etc. . Learn More....


	GOLF TOURNAMENTS On May 1st 2006, Vistas will be holding a Silent Auction during their 4th Annual Golf Tournament at the Palos Verdes Country Club. View list of newly invited sponsors. FASHION SHOWS The Vistas for Children's spectacular fashion show on Nov. 6th, 2005. was a successful day of elegance featuring a renown designer, delicious luncheon, fabulous boutiques plus silent and live auctions. 	CHOSEN FAMILIES This is a long-standing tradition where we “adopt” families in need. HOLIDAY BASKETS We provide needy families with food, etc. PHILANTHROPY DRIVES We hold drives throughout the year for the children’s charities we support. SCHOLARSHIPS AND COLLEGE AID We award scholarships to qualified blind and visually impaired students. CASEWORK We help families who are experiencing short or long-term crises.

	In June of 2000, Vistas for Children founded a coed junior philanthropy program, the Junior Vistas. All Vistas for Children members’ children between the ages of eight and eighteen are eligible for membership. The mission of Junior Vistas is “to raise our awareness towards the needs of less fortunate children in our local communities. By participating in fund-raising and community service events, we intend to support these needs and bring hope to these children.” Learn more...
